Alpine Valley Concerts
Our shuttle service will be leaving around 4:30-4:45pm depending on pick up location. Thanks.
We will be providing round-trip transportation to these Alpine Valley concerts from the Elkhorn, Lake Geneva, Beloit Areas and also The Scenic Ridge Campground (which is not The Ridge Hotel). Small coolers are allowed on the buses. NO GLASS ON THE BUSES PLEASE. Coolers must fit in the seat with you. We use school buses for the Alpine Valley concerts.
The Lake Geneva stops will be Downtown Lake Geneva (serves these hotels: Mill Creek, The Cove, Harbor Shores and Bella Vista), Fairfield Inn, Comfort Suites, Big Foot Beach State Park and The Ridge Hotel.
The Downtown Lake Geneva pick up area is located across the street from The Cove’s tennis court. This area is actually on S. Lake Shore Dr. across from The Cove. It is the parking lot next to the McDonalds. (Address is 213 S Lake Shore Drive, Lake Geneva, WI 53147)
The Beloit stops will be the Holiday Inn Express & Suites and the Fairfield Inn & Suites. Non guests of these 2 hotels are not allowed to park in their parking lots. Guests of nearby hotels can use these pickup spots, but once again, please do not park in a hotel’s parking lot if you are not a guest at that hotel.
Non guests of any of these hotels will not be allowed to park in their parking lot.

The buses stay at Alpine Valley in the parking lot and will pick up where the bus is parked. The bus will leave 30 minutes after the last song. For all Alpine Valley Concerts the Lake Geneva pickup schedule will be: Downtown Lake Geneva (Mill Creek, The Cove, Harbor Shores and Bella Vista) 4:30pm, Big Foot State Park 4:30pm, Comfort Suites 4:40pm, Fairfield Inn 4:45pm, The Ridge Hotel 4:30pm.
Elkhorn Area Schedule for Alpine Valley Shows:
The pickup times will be: Hampton Inn 4:30pm, Elkhorn Campground 4:40pm, Holiday Inn Express 4:30pm and The Americinn 4:40pm. The buses stay at Alpine Valley in the parking lot and will pick up where the bus is parked. The bus will leave 30 minutes after the last song.
Scenic Ridge Campground for Alpine Valley Shows:
The shuttle pick up at Scenic Ridge Campground is at 4:30pm. The buses stay at Alpine Valley in the parking lot and will pick up where the bus is parked. The bus will leave 30 minutes after the last song.
Beloit hotels Schedule for Alpine Valley Shows:
