Alpine Valley Concerts
****We are adding a new service for the 2025 season. For those Lake Geneva and Elkhorn customers that will only need transportation back after the concert we have your ride. Please make sure you purchase the correct pass. Buses will leave 30 miniutes after the last song. Directions for where to get on these buses after the show will be posted on our website and Facebook. We will also email these directions when we have them finalized. Thanks.****We will be providing round-trip transportation to these Alpine Valley concerts from the Elkhorn, Lake Geneva, Beloit Areas and also The Scenic Ridge Campground (which is not The Ridge Hotel).
We leave at these times so our riders can tailgate in the Alpine Valley parking lot. The bus parking area has a great atmosphere to hang out before the concert. Small coolers and foldable chairs are allowed on the buses. Food and drinks are allowed. Riders must be 21 years old or older to drink alcohol. NO GLASS ON THE BUSES PLEASE. Coolers and chairs must fit in the bus seat with you. We use school buses for the Alpine Valley concerts. The buses stay at Alpine Valley in the parking lot and will pick you up where the bus is parked. You can leave your items on the bus during the show. The buses will leave 30 minutes after the last song.
If you do not wish to go this early or need to go earlier, we do offer a ride back only service from the Lake Geneva and Elkhorn areas. You would need to get your own ride to the venue. The Lake Geneva stops will be Downtown Lake Geneva (serves these hotels: Mill Creek, The Cove, Harbor Shores and Bella Vista), Fairfield Inn, Comfort Suites, Big Foot Beach State Park (people not camping at Big Foot but are parking there must pay a daily parking fee) and The Ridge Hotel.
The Beloit stops will be the Holiday Inn Express & Suites and the Fairfield Inn & Suites. Non guests of these 2 hotels are not allowed to park in their parking lots. Guests of nearby hotels can use these pickup spots, but once again, please do not park in a hotel’s parking lot if you are not a guest at that hotel.
Non guests of any of these hotels will not be allowed to park in their parking lot.
****We will be having our buses pick up between 5pm-5:15pm for the Tyler Childers and Thomas Rhett concerts. For the Summer of 99 and the Outlaw Festival the pickups will be between 4pm-4:15pm. Thanks.****Lake Geneva Schedule for Alpine Valley Shows

The pickup times for Tyler Childers and Thomas Rhett will be: Hampton Inn 5:00pm, Holiday Inn Express 5:00pm and The Americinn 5:10pm. For the Summer of 99 and Outlaw Festivals the times will be Hampton Inn at 4pm, Holiday Inn Express at 4pm, Americinn 4:10pm, Elkhorn Campground 4:15. The bus will leave 30 minutes after the last song. Times subject to change.The buses stay at Alpine Valley in the parking lot and will pick up where the bus is parked. Beloit hotels Schedule for Alpine Valley Shows:
The pickup times will be: Holiday Inn Express & Suites 5:00pm, Fairfield Inn & Suites 5:00pm. The buses stay at Alpine Valley in the parking lot and will pick up where the bus is parked. The bus will leave 30 minutes after the last song. Times subject to change.
Scenic Ridge Campground schedule for Alpine Valley Shows:
The pickup for Tyler Childers and Thomas Rhett will be 5:00pm in front of the Scenic Ridge’s registration office. For the Summer of 99 and the Outlaw the pickup will be at 4pm. Non camping riders cannot use the campground parking spots. The buses stay at Alpine Valley in the parking lot and will pick up where the bus is parked. The bus will leave 30 minutes after the last song. Times subject to change.
